I know that life all too well...
I was on the consistency struggle bus. In fact, I had an entire section of seats reserved on the consistency struggle bus for YEARS.
Countless Mondays I would wake up motivated to get on track and start eating better.
By mid-week, my sugar cravings got the best of me and I'd make another empty promise to start over the next Monday.
I walked into my closet one day, and after 20 minutes of trying on clothes and throwing them on the floor, I realized that nothing fit. I broke out into the ugly cry.
I committed to changing my mindset and got off the consistency struggle bus for good.
